Disconnect Facebook or Instagram
- Sign in to your AIAlphaVideos account.
- Open Pipeline Settings.
- Under Facebook account connections or Instagram account connections, select Disconnect.
- You may also revoke AIAlphaVideos through your Facebook or Instagram account’s app and business integration settings.
Disconnecting removes the stored access token and connected account identifiers from your active AIAlphaVideos connection. It does not delete content already published to Facebook or Instagram.
Disconnect TikTok
- Sign in to your AIAlphaVideos account.
- Open Pipeline Settings, then select Connections.
- Under TikTok account connections, select Disconnect and confirm.
- You may also revoke AIAlphaVideos from the connected apps or security settings in your TikTok account.
Disconnecting TikTok deletes the active TikTok connection record from AIAlphaVideos, including the stored TikTok open ID, display name, granted scopes, and encrypted access and refresh tokens. Any TikTok post that is still scheduled and has not begun submission is cancelled. Disconnecting does not remove a video that TikTok has already received or published; manage that content directly in TikTok.
Request deletion of stored data
Send a request using our contact form or email info@aialphavideos.cloud with the subject User data deletion request. Use the email address registered to your AIAlphaVideos account and identify whether you want deletion of Meta connection data, TikTok connection and publishing data, or your entire AIAlphaVideos account.
We may ask you to verify account ownership before processing the request. We will remove data associated with the verified request from our active systems, except information that must be retained for security, fraud prevention, legal, tax, dispute, or regulatory obligations.
Information covered
- Facebook Page and Instagram professional account identifiers and profile names received through Meta.
- Stored access tokens, automation rules, permitted webhook events, message and comment records, replies, and delivery history.
- TikTok open ID and display name, granted scopes, encrypted access and refresh tokens, selected-post snapshots, approval and scheduling settings, TikTok publish identifiers, processing or publishing status, and delivery error records.
- AIAlphaVideos account information and user-created content when the request covers the entire account.
