Terms of Service

AIAlphaVideos.cloud is operated by AIDEV SOLUTIONS (Business Registration No. 202503288288 / 003787468-K). By accessing or using AIAlphaVideos.cloud ("AIAlphaVideos", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service and any additional guidelines or policies referenced here. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Eligibility and accounts

  • You must be able to form a binding contract to use the service.
  • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
  • You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated.
  • You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

Service use

  • You may use the platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms.
  • You may not interfere with or disrupt the platform, servers, or security features.
  • You may not reverse engineer, copy, or exploit the service except where allowed by law.

Content and rights

You retain rights to content you submit, upload, or create to the extent permitted by applicable law and any third-party rights. You grant us a limited license to host, process, display, and transmit your content as needed to operate and improve the service.

If you connect a Facebook Page or Instagram professional account, you authorise AIAlphaVideos to use the permissions you grant only to provide the connected publishing, comment, messaging, automation, and inbox actions you initiate or configure. You are responsible for your content and automation instructions and may disconnect the account at any time.

TikTok authorization and Direct Post

If you connect a TikTok account, you authorize AIAlphaVideos to use the TikTok permissions you grant to identify the connected account and provide Direct Post. AIAlphaVideos will send a video to TikTok only after you review and explicitly approve the exact selected video, caption, privacy level, viewer-interaction choices, content-disclosure choices, and publishing time shown in the TikTok review screen.

You instruct and authorize AIAlphaVideos to transmit that user-approved content and those settings to TikTok, and to retrieve and display TikTok's processing and publishing status. You confirm that you have all rights and permissions required for the content, music, people, brands, and other material in the post; that your disclosures and settings are accurate; and that your use complies with TikTok's applicable terms and policies. You may disconnect TikTok at any time, but disconnecting does not remove content already submitted to or published by TikTok.

User responsibilities

  • You are responsible for ensuring your content, scripts, voice samples, and media do not infringe others' rights.
  • You are responsible for obtaining necessary permissions and consents before uploading content.
  • You agree not to submit unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or abusive content.

Payments and referrals

If you purchase a plan or participate in a referral or reseller program, you agree to the pricing, billing, payout, and eligibility rules shown on the site or otherwise provided to you. We may update program details from time to time.

Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will meet your specific needs or expectations.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIAlphaVideos and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service if we believe you have violated these Terms or if necessary to protect the platform, our users, or our business.
