Information we collect

Account details such as your name, email address, and login credentials.
Profile, billing, and referral information you provide when using the platform.
Device and usage information such as browser type, pages visited, IP address, and interaction data.
Cookies and similar technologies used to operate the site, measure performance, and improve your experience.
When you connect Meta services: authorised Facebook Page or Instagram professional account identifiers and names, encrypted access tokens, content selected for publishing, permitted comment and message events, automation rules, replies, and delivery records.
When you connect TikTok: your TikTok account identifier (open ID), account display name, the permissions you grant, encrypted access and refresh tokens, and token expiry information.
When you use TikTok Direct Post: the video you select, its caption, your chosen privacy level, comment/duet/stitch choices, content-disclosure choices, publishing time, approval record, TikTok publish identifier, processing or publishing status, and any delivery error information returned by TikTok.

How we use information

To create and manage your account.
To deliver the AI video services you request.
To process payments, referrals, and customer support requests.
To improve our products, analytics, and site performance.
To protect the platform from fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access.
To connect the Meta accounts you authorise, publish content at your direction, process configured Instagram automations, and provide conversation and delivery history.
To identify the TikTok account you authorise, present the available publishing choices, submit only the video and settings you explicitly approve, refresh the authorization when necessary, and show the resulting TikTok publishing status.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share only the information necessary with service providers that process data for us, such as hosting, analytics, payment processing, email, customer support, and AI providers. When you deliberately request an AI-assisted reply draft, recent conversation text and your optional guidance may be sent to a configured AI provider solely to prepare the draft. The draft is not sent to the Instagram user automatically. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights, users, and systems.

When you approve a TikTok Direct Post, we transmit the selected video, caption, and publishing settings to TikTok solely to perform that request and retrieve its processing status. TikTok handles that information under its own terms and privacy policy.

Your choices

You can update or correct your account information by contacting us.
You can disable cookies through your browser settings, although some features may not work properly.
You can disconnect a Facebook or Instagram account in Pipeline Settings, revoke the integration through Meta, or request deletion using our data deletion instructions.
You can disconnect TikTok in Pipeline Settings, revoke AIAlphaVideos from your TikTok account settings, or ask us to delete the stored TikTok connection and publishing data described in our data deletion instructions.

Data retention and security

We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children's privacy

Our services are not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
